Why do clothes get moths?
Adult clothes moths lay eggs in and among clothes and soft furnishings made from natural fibres like wool and silk. Natural fabrics contain the protein Keratin, which clothes moth larvae feed on. Once the eggs hatch into larvae they chew through the materials creating holes.
